In the 60-minute sessions, which take place once a week, the following content is worked on together: Symptoms of illness; Early warning signs; Vulnerability stress model; Biological basics; Medication; Biological rhythms, activity planning and daily structure; Stress processing, emotion regulation and dysfunctional cognition; Lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.); Interpersonal relationships, crisis plan.
The psychoeducation group is held every Wednesday from 14:00 - 15:00 in the seminar room on the first floor of the Clinical Department. You will be referred by your attending physician. Please register in advance (if you are not an stationary) by e-mail to the special outpatient center.
